We offer 30 days return from the delivery date if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Please ensure that
- All items are unused, unworn and unwashed, including the gifted items.
- All original tags are still attached, including the wash label( if your items had a wash label when you received). We have some product heatsealed the size info replacing wash label.
* Please note that In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us UNWORN/UNUSED and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return
* For some products, we may remove the tags for environmental reasons, please make sure your items are unused and in the same state as the received item.
* In order to check whether the goods have arrived at the warehouse, please provide the tracking number in the final return email, otherwise we may not be able to provide you with a refund in time due to the inability to confirm the status of the goods
Can I exchange my items?
For simplifying our return process, we don't offer exchanges currently, please make a return and place a new order for the desired size and color and we will refund you the previous back to the original payment.
If I received the wrong items?
We are so sorry about the wrong items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the information below:
- Your order number
- Photos of the wrong item you received(including Gymsweaty logo and label)
- Screenshot of Order Detail
- We will process it within 24 hours and please don't hurry to send it back to us until we contact you.
All items must be unused, unwashed and in the same state as the received item, including the gifted.
- Items are damaged/broken or twisted upon arrival.
- The received product size/color is incorrect.
If you ordered the product by mistake or are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product for a full refund, and all shipping costs, restocking fee or other costs related to the order will be borne by you (Including $5 restocking fee).
- 30 days after receiving the product, we can’t offer you a refund.
- Items that have been opened and used are considered non-refundable. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging intact.
- If the customer refuses to sign the order without reason, we will refuse to refund.
- If the customer chooses the wrong items, we reserves the right to refuse a refund.
- The customer must ensure that the shipping address is true and valid. If the order cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, we will refuse to refund.
- We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- If an item is marked as final sale, the item is non-returnable.
- We won't be responsible for the non-Gymsweaty item.
How do we refund?
- We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
- We’ll refund you within 5-7 business days after receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place.
- For Credit Card, it may take 3-15 working days for the refunds showing up in your account because banks may require additional time to process and post the transition.
- For Paypal, it may take about 1-2 working days for the refunds to be reflected in your account.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. A full refund will be returned once the order is canceled. Please contact us in time, or we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
